To use QB Summit, you must be at least 16 years old or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features (such as camps, online courses, or subscriptions), you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
QB Summit offers both free and paid content. Paid programs may be one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions. We use Stripe and PayPal to process payments securely.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the point of purchase. We may offer free trials or promotional pricing; terms for those will be outlined at sign-up.
You may cancel a subscription or request a refund as outlined on the Platform. If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be granted at our discretion based on the nature of the request.
You agree to use QB Summit only for lawful purposes. You may not:

All content on the Platform—training materials, videos, logos, text, graphics, and software—is the property of QB Summit or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our content without express permission, unless the content is clearly provided for free public use.
You may have the opportunity to submit content (such as comments, reviews, or videos). By submitting content, you grant QB Summit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the Platform and in our marketing.
You are solely responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing on others’ rights.
QB Summit provides general fitness, football, and functional training advice for educational purposes only. We are not medical professionals, and the information provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition.
Always consult a physician before beginning any training program. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QB Summit and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Though QB Summit is based in the United States, we welcome users from around the world. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Juan Capistrano, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
